About Morgan

With nearly a decade of experience as a real estate professional in Orange County, Morgan Just has become a highly trusted resource by many clients. He knows the ins and outs of navigating real estate complexities, and aims to make transactions as smooth as possible for all parties involved.

Prior to his real estate career, Morgan spent 17 years traveling the world as a global professional in skimboarding, flowboarding, and surfing. Being so well-versed and dedicated in these board sports not only awarded him many sponsorships, such as Catchsurf and 9 Pro Model Boards with Victoria skimboards, but also the honor of having two professional surfing model boards in his name. Most importantly, these activities grounded his work ethic in hard work and tireless commitment.

Spending nearly two decades earning a living in the surfing industry, Morgan found all of this prepared him to be successful in real estate. He found negotiating real estate contracts is much like negotiating sponsorship contracts and professional board sports contracts. To this date, Morgan's clients have been 100% satisfied with their home buying and selling experience. The attention to detail and the ultimate personal attention and rapport he has with his clients sets Morgan above the rest in the industry.

As a Laguna Beach native, Morgan enjoys teaching skimboard camps and lessons both locally and internationally. He continues to give back to his community in many different ways, and appreciates every opportunity to help his clients buy and sell real estate with transparency and ease.
