Monika had over 20 years of business experience as a project manager and program manager in the telecommunications industry before starting her real estate career. Her proven business acumen and focus on customer service enable her to provide her clients with in-depth experience and contract negotiations, real estate marketing, the personal and financial aspects of real estate, and the management of complex transactions. Monika’s strength is being able to interact with people in a caring way, ensuring the buying and selling process is well-informed, smooth, and as worry-free as possible. Aside from operating a successful real estate career, Monika is a member of several organizations such as the Pebble Beach and Tennis Club and Stillwater Yacht Club where she enjoys playing bridge and tennis. She is also an avid member and supporter of several non-profit organizations such as Community Partnership for Youth (CPY), Monterey Museum of Art, Pac Rep Theater in Carmel, Meals on Wheels, and the Community Foundation of Monterey County.  At her core, Monika is a humanitarian who chooses to help people in one of the most intimate ways imaginable, by helping to make “home sweet home” a reality.
