About Monica
Monica is a 6th generation Texan and is proud to call Austin her home for over 25 years. She holds a BBA in Marketing from St. Edward’s University (summa cum laude) and worked in the corporate world for 11 years. Her background, experience, training, and knowledge of the Austin-area market have translated into being a Top Producer in Real Estate. In November 2013, Monica was featured on HGTV House Hunters.
Monica has lived, worked, or played in every nook and cranny of the Austin area and her vast knowledge of neighborhoods and builders ensures that she will find the best home and negotiate the best price for her clients. Monica has a smart, sassy daughter, Keira. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, being outdoors, cooking, camping, reading, traveling, playing competitive pool/billiards and enjoying a glass of wine (or two).
