About Monica
Every client and every property comes with a distinctive set of circumstances. Real estate transactions almost always are connected to something very personal—a career, relationship, or life passage. That's where my work begins. Since 1991, I’ve helped clients gather the information and context they need to make good real estate decisions.
The Peninsula is my home, and I'm deeply familiar with each community—Menlo Park, Atherton, Woodside, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, San Mateo, and south towards Silicon Valley. Clients look to me for knowledge and insight that can only come from daily engagement in the community and real estate market.
With background as Vice President and Securities Counsel for a leading national real estate investment company, I have special expertise with contracts and real estate law. Locally, I serve as President of the Menlo Park Library Foundation and have served as Trustee at Woodside Priory School and as an officer of the Menlo Park Atherton Education Foundation. I am a member of the State Bar of California; and of the National, California, and Silicon Valley Associations of Realtors.
