first-time home buyers, sellers, investors, relocation clients, and rentals. She worked for a
team prior to becoming a solo agent, and is seasoned in all aspects of the business. Moira
also has personal experience with property ownership and renovation, from cosmetic to
development which broadens her valuable insights.
Her background in social work, hospitality and sales prepared Moira well for the success she
enjoys in real estate. She has a natural way of connecting people not only to their perfect

Moira is originally from Hingham on the South Shore of Massachusetts and grew up on the
Main Line of Pennsylvania. She relocated back to New England to attend college, and then
moved to Boston where she lived all over the city for almost 20 years. In 2021, Moira and
her family returned to Windham, NH where they currently reside. A real estate professional
since 2017, she is extremely knowledgeable of all the Boston neighborhoods, as well as
many of the bordering towns on the way to New Hampshire
Moira graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Social Work, and holds
a Masters in Social Work from Bridgewater State University. Her first passion is her family.
She is the mother of two beautiful boys and a sassy Bulldog named Penelope. Moira loves to
travel, spend time at the lake, dream up home renovation projects, and in general tries to
live a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
