Misha Clopton

Misha Clopton is the Managing Broker of Compass' North Atlanta Office in Alpharetta, where she works alongside some of the city's most prestigious and productive real estate agents. Misha joined Compass Georgia in August 2018 as the office's very first Transaction Coordinator, and by September 2019 she had firmly established the Transactions Department and was promoted to Manager of Finance. 

Drawing on her extensive real estate experience and entrepreneurial mindset, Misha was honored to be offered the role of Managing Broker for Compass' Intown Atlanta office in the summer of 2020. In this position, she has leveraged her expertise to lead the agents in her office to grow their businesses year over year.

Before her real estate career, Misha earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park, and attended Fordham Law School in New York. She has lived and worked in several major U.S. cities, including Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Portland, and San Francisco, gaining experience in the legal field, interior design, new home construction, and renovation. Misha has also worked for notable companies such as AT&T, American Express, The Home Depot, and Ralph Lauren.

An active member of the real estate community, Misha currently sits on the Governmental Affairs and Grievances Committees with the Atlanta Realtors Association. She also helps to lead Compass' diversity and affinity groups, Black @ Compass Atlanta and Atlanta Women of Compass. In 2021, Misha was nominated and became a finalist for Managing Broker of the Year by Atlanta Agent Magazine.
