When people ask me why I became a Real Estate Advisor, I tell them because I’m passionate about, and enjoy helping others find their perfect property. I truly understand what a homebuyer and seller feel, both emotionally and financially, when going through this process: excitement, fear, joy, and anticipation, to name a few. My name is Miriam Dudenhefer and I’m so grateful to have been given the opportunity to help others find their happy place. That journey to happiness may come quickly and last forever; or it may have many stops along the way, like my journey. 

My husband and I have moved across this beautiful country five times and lived in many states. On our journey of 27 years, and living in 16 different houses, we found our happy place here on the emerald coast in 2016. We have worked with many different Real Estate Advisors throughout the years and I’ve adopted the qualities I know are key to a successful relationship with my clients: honesty, integrity, constant communication, hard work, drive, thoroughness and dedication.
