Originally, born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, Mina Ivanova Garrett moved to the U.S. when she was 16. She’s been in sales ever since she graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor degree in communications,. After 8 years in the mortgage industry, she transitioned into residential real estate, making her well rounded in her field and bringing additional value to her clients.

For the past few years, Mina was a part of the #1 team in Sherman Oaks and Encino gaining invaluable experience in new construction and luxury home sales, where she was also a consistent award winner for the past 3 years. Mina specializes in the areas of Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Woodland Hills, Calabasas and the surrounding areas. In 2020, she took advantage of the opportunity to move to Compass due to their innovative marketing, technology and amazing culture, so that she can provide her clients with the best service and experience.
