About Millie
Millie began her career in real estate in 1999 and has been fortunate enough to work in multiple facets of the business; residential sales, investor sales, foreclosure sales and new development sales. She works diligently to help buyers find their perfect home and sellers get their best price.
Through personal experience and creative intuition, Millie helps many clients purchase, renovate and resell real estate. Since 2004, she has focused her business on new residential developments. Millie's development portfolio includes One Hanson Place, Beacon Tower, 345 Carroll St, 465 Pacific St, 255 Columbia St and 324 20th Street, all fantastic projects in Brooklyn. She has also achieved successful sellouts for 456 W 19th St and 508 W 24th St, both outstanding Tamarkin Co. projects in West Chelsea. Millie is currently marketing 150 Rivington Street, a stunning innovative design by Gluck+ and Cogswell Realty on the Lower East Side. Whether she is working on a 14-unit building or a 180-unit building, and anything in between, Millie uses her analytical and negotiating skills to help her clients achieve maximum success.
Keeping abreast of the market is easy for Millie. She is passionate about architecture, people and cultures, and is always eager to learn. Outside of the luxury market, Millie's interest extends to affordable housing; she has volunteered with such wonderful organizations as Common Ground in NYC and Habitat for Humanity internationally.
Millie has lived in Manhattan, Chicago, Atlanta and Florence, Italy. Today, she is happy to call Brooklyn home.
