Cheryl Miller brings 25 years of experience working with buyer and seller clients in the luxury residential real estate space to The Miller/Stanton Group. Additionally, Cheryl has successfully established working partnerships with major corporations, universities, senior living communities and several attorneys. She has successfully sold over 300 homes during her tenure in real estate. Cheryl holds an associate broker license in Pennsylvania, is a certified mentor and holds the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Advisor designation (Guild Status) as well as the ABR, ASR, SRS, SRES &ePRO designations. Cheryl has taught pre-licensing courses and continuing education in Pennsylvania.
Cheryl is on the national board of directors of Women of Compass and also serves as a regional co-president in the PA/NJ/DE region.
She volunteers extensively at her children’s school, and coaches an award-winning middle school Forensics (debate) Team.
Dick Stanton spent 15 years as a consultant with leading firms such as Arthur Andersen and IBM before opening his own real estate development company in the early 2000's. He is well-versed in land development, construction, building, zoning and code enforcement items. Dick has worked with over 200 clients in every industry imaginable and he brings an expertise matched by few. This allows him to serve his commercial and residential clients strategically in ways they often hadn’t yet considered. Dick has worked with clients and their financial advisors crafting strategic plans and exit strategies for their real estate holdings. He specializes in complex transactions which includes short sales, foreclosures and IRS liens.
Dick was elected to serve two terms on the Wissahickon School Board, and also spent four years working with the Wissahickon Valley Boys and Girls Club to plan a long-term strategy for a new facility in Montgomery County, PA.
Cheryl resides in Elkins Park with her husband Bob, daughter Savannah and son Elliot. Dick lives in Lower Gwynedd with his wife Bev and their sons Danny and Michael.
