About Mike
Mike Ploger has called Northern Virginia home for nearly all his life. The only reasons he left were to attend West Virginia University, and to work as a sports reporter in Toledo, OH. Now, alongside finding him in open houses, you may catch him on the jumbotron at Nationals Park or Capital One arena, as he serves as the Nationals and Capitals In-game Host.
Mike joined Compass with a desire to help people and bring joy into their lives. He believes that buying or selling a home shouldn’t be a hassle, but rather an exciting opportunity. Building relationships and working with clients to help them navigate the real estate process is something he truly enjoys. He puts his clients first, and looks forward to assisting them with their most memorable life decisions.
Aside from enjoying sports in the nation’s capital, Mike is an avid disc golfer, long-time unicyclist, studious guitar player, and devoted family man.
