Mike Palermo, Principal Realtor at Palermo & Co. Real Estate, is an industry professional focusing on St. Louis City, Central Corridor and West County buyers, sellers, and investors. His years of experience and over 200 properties sold allow him to have ample knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market ranging from single-family residential to multi-family and commercial investments.

Mike also owns and manages a portfolio of single and multi-family rental units he uses to house long and middle term tenants and loves teaching others about the robust investment opportunities St. Louis has to offer.  When Mike is not practicing real estate, he enjoys training or competing in triathlons, having a beer at a local brewery or relaxing by the pool.
