"In June 2021 I found myself at the end of my lease and wanting a change. I had lived on the Lower East Side of Manhattan for 3 years and was interested in exploring apartments in a new neighborhood. I was extremely lucky to meet Mike at the first apartment viewing that I had scheduled. When we realized that the apartment was not the best fit, Mike could have easily cut his losses and moved on, but he took the time to ask me what exactly I was looking for and if there were any other buildings in particular that caught my eye.
