A St. Louis native, Mike Knoll has been a real estate agent for over two decades.
He grew up watching his own mother work as a Realtor. He loved to comb through the big books that listed all the of the current listings - back before everything was online! He began his own career in San Diego, California and his time there provided him with great experience working in a very fast paced market. After relocating back to St. Louis, Mike jumped in and starting working all the great St. Louis area neighborhoods including: Clayton, Ladue, Richmond Heights, University City, Frontenac, Creve Coeur, Chesterfield, Town and Country, Sunset Hills, Kirkwood, and Webster Groves.
Living in the St. Louis area gives Mike and his clients a big city feel with a lower cost of living. The neighborhoods filled with endless amounts of charm and character at a reasonable price. St. Louis has urban historic areas, suburban communities, and opportunities for new construction, just one of the reasons he loves living and working here.
He loves working with clients looking to move up or downsize throughout the metropolitan area. Mike also specializes in luxury properties. He’s been working with clients and selling homes at all price ranges for 23 years. His attention to detail takes any worry out of the buying or selling process.
Helping clients move from one home to the next is Mike’s passion, and that shows with every transaction. Recognizing that each client is looking for something unique to fit their personality, Mike works to serve all of their needs. With experience renovating numerous homes, he has a deep grasp of what it takes to make home improvements. This helps clients get a realistic estimate on what it will take to achieve their dream house. From there, with his extensive experience, he can offer his clients countless resources whether it’s purchasing appliances or finding trustworthy contractors.
When he’s not working, Mike enjoys traveling, cooking, and home renovations. He owns 16 rental units, which take up some of his free time, but he wouldn’t have it any other way. He has renovated over 20 homes in his free time and continues to invest time in this process. Not only does Mike enjoy this process, but it contributes to his career as he gains further experience working with buyers and sellers.
