About Mike
WHY WOULD I WANT TO WORK WITH THIS GUY?
Excellent question.
Here are some reasons you might:
When you work with me, I will be professional, informative, honest and fun(ny). I take my roles seriously – teacher, therapist, tour guide, confidante, financial consultant, therapist (yes, I said that one twice) – most simply because I care.
You don’t want just ANY agent. You really don’t. You want a full time, committed, analytical, Chicago Public School informed, fun, low pressure, high energy, community-minded agent – these are the reasons you might choose me. Above all, you want an agent who is patient and knowledgeable – two attributes I possess in abundance… plus, humility.
WHAT WILL I GAIN IF I CHOOSE TO WORK WITH MIKE?
You will know the Chicago Real Estate market as I do; you will always be heard, and you will acquire a life-long advocate who will guide you through this process with honesty, integrity and support.
WHAT IS THIS GUY’S BACKGROUND?
I was where you are once – in need of a home, amidst life changes and transitions. I earned my Real Estate License in 2004, grabbed my girlfriend (now wife) and went looking for properties that met BOTH our needs and that we both LOVED. I enjoyed this process and found it fulfilling. Now, I get to help others do the same – help them with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. In previous lives, I have been a Civil Engineer and an Options Trader. In my everyday life, I am a grateful father of three and a supportive (working on this…) husband to my wife since 2006.
I was born and raised in Jackson Heights, NY until the age of 11, when my parents dragged me, my brother and sister to Millstone Township, NJ. I lived there until the exceedingly frigid Midwest winter of 1998, when I decided that January 2nd would be the perfect day to move to Chicago. I have lived in and loved Chicago ever since.
When I’m not working, I love to hang out with my family. I enjoy playing golf at EVERY opportunity and frequently find myself watching the NY Mets and the NY Giants with ardent fervor and hopeless fury. I’m constantly trying to manage/upgrade my internet connection or find interesting articles to share with my wife. One of my favorite yearly activities is organizing a winter clothing drive for those in need. MY MISSION STATEMENT TO YOU I promise to be interesting, informative and insightful. I will listen more than talk. I will make sure you are in a comfortable safe environment and support you in making the best decision possible.
