About Michelle
Michelle started in investment real estate in 1986, buying, repairing, upgrading, and selling homes. While working "hands-on" and with a builder, she acquired tools and skills to enable herself to notice things that were not built to code and estimate the cost of repair.
In 2005, Michelle started as a Licensed Realtor® working in all avenues of the industry with both buyers and sellers in residential, land, rentals, commercial, and estate properties. She was consistently in the top 5 list in sales and listings monthly in her previous organization and was recognized in 2008 as an executive club member for performance in the business. She has educated herself to be on top of the ever-changing market and to consistently be where the market is.
