"It was so easy to sell our house thanks to Michelle. She is truly a wonderful realtor and a lot of fun to work with. We have had the pleasure of working with Michelle to purchase our home several years ago. We had such a great experience that we called her back to be our listing agent when we needed to sell. As always she was professional and efficient with the paperwork and dealt with our crazy schedules and many, many questions about what we were signing. She patiently walked us through every page and we felt like we always knew what to expect and what came next in the process. She helped us locate a few professionals to come do some touch ups to the house and she also put us in touch with a professional stager for some furniture. We listed our home just before the COVID-19 pandemic and no one knew what to expect. Michelle made sure to advertise the home and held some showings with all the precautions in place. She worked around our schedules and gave us all the space we wanted and time we needed when things got scary and locked down. Still she had no trouble at all finding buyers. Michelle continued to assist with the inspection scheduling and any additional paperwork we needed. In the end I had to sign the documents from another state and she helped me navigate that too. Having Michelle as our agent really reduced our stress." - Summer

"We have worked very happily with Michelle since 2004 in both of her professional personae, architect and realtor. In the past year she helped us to sell one property and buy another. Both of those efforts presented challenges, but Michelle was well prepared to guide us through them to successful conclusions. Michelle’s professional qualifications insure that her insights and recommendations are invaluable. More important, however, is her tireless commitment to her clients. Working with Michelle is a true partnership." - Bob

"Michelle worked with me on buying my first house. What a knowledgeable woman! She guided me through the very complicated processes of applying for grants and incentives in Baltimore City which earned me $18.5 thousand dollars towards the house--I would have missed out on this without her. She was incredibly patient as we looked and looked at about 20 houses over 3 months. The day we looked at the house I purchased, she knew it was the one, probably before I did. Guidance, patience, and just plain kind. I couldn't have asked for a better person to walk though this process with me." - Renee

"Michelle was both our buying and selling agent. Choosing her to represent us, and for both transactions, was one of the best choices we made throughout this process. She coached us through every step, and went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were well-informed, and in control of every decision that was made. Our townhouse in Odenton sold within a few days. While our house search originated in Baltimore (hence meeting Michelle at an open house she hosted in Mount Washington), after months of searching, we finally purchased a house in Annapolis. Throughout our house search, Michelle was incredibly flexible, and showed us dozens of homes in a few different cities (and counties) in Maryland. We were picky clients, but she never complained, and put us at ease. I would highly recommend Michelle as a real estate agent." - Angela

"Michelle worked closely with us to design an awesome kitchen, which involved reconfiguring multiple spaces in our house. When the first design proved to costly, she immediately went back to the drawing board and came up with an elegant solution. She is a great listener, responsive to our thoughts and input, and connected us to a wonderful contractor to carry out the design. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!" - Gigi

About Michelle
As a Baltimore native and residential architect, Michelle brings a perspective and expertise to both purchases and sales that most agents do not possess. This is particularly useful in Baltimore where so much of the housing stock consists of older, resale homes, often with historic meaning. Her buyers have appreciated her architect’s eye when evaluating homes for purchase. Often she can see the possibilities below the surface, ways that a not-quite-perfect house can be expanded, reconfigured, or simply freshened up. Her sellers have benefited from the floor plans, design ideas, and staging advice that she can provide their listings. Her extensive knowledge of Baltimore city (with its grant and purchase incentive programs) and the surrounding counties is helpful to first-time home buyers and those moving in from out of town.
