"Michelle Long proved to be the perfect fit for my family. We relocated back to the U.S. just after a 3-year stint abroad. Our goal was to find a home in San Francisco in 3-months. Knowing how competitive the market is, my husband and I wanted a Realtor® who would dedicate their time to us. Michelle impressed us with her experience and knowledge. We were looking for a single family home but were undecided on the area. As a native San Franciscan, Michelle knows the city extremely well and has a lot of useful information to share. It seemed quite daunting to do all of this work while being out of the country, but working with Michelle was the best decision we made. She is knowledgeable, understanding, communicative, and very hard working. Michelle outsourced the contractors for us, and she oversaw the entire renovation. She communicated with us as much as needed but she really took the reins so we didn't have to worry about anything.
