My driving force is a clear goal: I’m dedicated to delivering exceptional real estate service and developing lifelong connections. This means I am committed to minimizing stress, prioritizing effective communication, and upholding a standard of excellence from the initial search to the final signing.
With a deep involvement in every facet of selling and marketing luxury real estate in Montecito and Santa Barbara for the past 19 years, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. I've had the privilege of working alongside two top-producing agents, including the newly retired Suzanne Perkins. I have been an integral part of high-powered teams that have sold hundreds of millions in luxury real estate to a global clientele. I’m now honored to join Jon Perkins of The Locale Group at Compass in Montecito, a dynamic group with a shared purpose of making a difference in the lives of our clients and our community.
Over the past two decades, I've also enjoyed the distinct opportunity to assist clients through hundreds of transactions and create innovative global marketing for the most exclusive luxury Montecito and Santa Barbara estates, including two of the most expensive listings in America at the time: Rancho San Carlos ($125,000,000) and The Sycamore Valley Ranch ($100,000,000), formerly known as Neverland Ranch. My dedication to serving others is not just a job—it's a passion. Solutions-driven and focused on providing expert knowledge, I utilize my veteran experience to guide our clients to transactional success through exceptional service and unwavering communication. My core values of professionalism, integrity, creativity, tenacity, and diligence underpin every aspect of my business approach, ensuring a fresh and innovative perspective.
As the wife of a newly retired Santa Barbara County Deputy Fire Chief (who hails from England), the Mom of an active teen daughter (with dual citizenship), and a super-mutt rescue named Winston, home life is rich! My family loves to travel, and we enjoy experiencing all of our favorite adventures that the Central Coast has to offer – Master’s Swimming at Los Banos, hiking, e-biking, beach volleyball, sunset beach walks, al-fresco dining experiences, and live music. It's no wonder that Santa Barbara is ranked #7 Best Places to Live for Quality of Life, according to U.S. News and World Report.
