Michelle Hanney

Michelle Hanney joined the esteemed Morphis Group in 2024. She has been licensed in Virginia, DC, and Maryland since 2018 and has extensive experience working in the investment and property market locally and internationally. Michelle is passionate about property and supporting her clients through the buy or sell side of their homes and goes above and beyond to identify opportunities that build their property investment portfolios. Her attention to detail has also yielded extensive experience in creative staging.

Having grown up internationally, Michelle lived and worked all through Latin America and Europe in both the private and public sectors. She speaks Spanish and German with a working knowledge of other languages and cultures. She has worked in London's global investment sector sourcing investment options for Ultra High Net Worth clients and privately enjoys property investment and the contemporary art business where she obtained her Art Business Certification from Christie's in London.

After spending a significant portion of her life in the DC Metropolitan area, Michelle supported many family, professional, diplomatic, and government relocations. She also specializes in luxury and divorce related sales. She graduated with a BA and MA from American University and moved her family to Richmond to settle with her two children in their Wyndham home. She enjoys horse riding, tennis, and family travels in her spare time.
