Michelle is widely recognized as the consummate professional who brings commitment, diligence, and an intuitive knack for problem solving to every project she takes on.

Prior to joining Compass, Michelle enjoyed a successful career as an IBM Consultant in the Global Business Services Division negotiating, winning and leading large, complex technology projects for a diverse array of industry sectors. During her 15-year tenure, she developed expert skills at matching requirements to outcomes, delivering quality results, and building positive relationships with her clients.
An avid triathlete most of her adult life, Michelle brings a smart and fearless competitive drive to the negotiation table, as well as a disciplined and methodical approach to bringing deals to completion. She’s motivated and thrives on the challenge of helping her clients ‘win’ whether that means buying a property at the lowest possible price, or making sure money isn’t left on the table when selling.
Michelle is a hard worker, she loves her job, and she’s passionate about helping her clients meet their goals. She genuinely enjoys finding and winning the perfect property for buyers. She provides sellers with the superior market knowledge and innovative marketing strategies that are the signatures of Compass.
A California native, Michelle has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly 30 years and has called Mill Valley home for over a decade. When she’s not busy as a Real Estate Agent, Michelle enjoys training for triathlons, paddle boarding, and spending time at with her family at their home away from home in the Southern Baja Peninsula.
