About Michelle

Growing up in Harrison and now living in Rye Brook, Michelle knows what Westchester living is all about. She offers a unique perspective as a mother with a young family and has invaluable experience integrating into a new community and transitioning to a suburban lifestyle.

Educating people and guiding them to success has been the hallmark of her career since graduating from Cornell University’s School of Industrial Relations in 2001. Before joining Compass, Michelle spent eighteen years working at several financial institutions, where she held several senior-level roles within executive recruiting and human resources and excelled at client relationships and market research. She achieved several accolades for her exceptional client service and her ability to close complex transactions.

Michelle is an active member of her community and is best known for her passion for real estate and her vast network of resources. When she’s not on the tennis court, you can find her walking her neighborhood or enjoying an activity with her husband and son.
