As the Sales Manager/Broker-in-Charge of the Compass Charlotte office, Michele brings a wealth of experience with over 30 years in the real estate industry, including 12 years in leadership. Her primary focus is to empower the sales team by supporting agents in achieving their real estate goals. Our team includes agents with expertise ranging from the North Carolina Mountains to the coasts of both North and South Carolina.
Michele has actively contributed to the real estate community by serving on various committees with the Canopy Realtor Association and the North Carolina Association of Realtors. Her extensive experience as both a practicing agent and a Broker-in-Charge enables her to support our agents while effectively fostering a culture of collaboration.
Originally from the West Coast, Michele has called Charlotte home for over 25 years. She finds great joy in spending time with her family, exploring new culinary experiences as a self-proclaimed "foodie," and enjoying walks along Charlotte's scenic greenways
