About Michael

Michael Yadgard has more than 20 years of real estate experience. He is a Principal at Compass, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation.

Over the past three years, Michael has arranged retail transactions with an aggregate value of more than $500,000,000. Some of his most recent transactions include a 21-year lease between KITH and RFR Realty at 337 Lafayette, a 20-year lease for Deco Food & Wine at Adams Real Estate’s 231 West 39th Street, and the expansion of Sneakernstuff in both NYC and LA markets. Additionally, Michael represented Reformation on about dozen deals.

Prior to joining Compass Michael operated independently at Maxwelle Real Estate, focusing on both office and retail brokerage.

Michael, formally a Montreal native, made the move to NYC 20 years ago - a place he now proudly calls home. Michael is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and a member of REBNY.

Williamsburg’s newest office and manufacturing building, has signed fashion brand Kith as its anchor tenant. Kith will relocate its New York City-based operations—which includes production, design, front office and other supporting functions—from Manhattan to the newly opened Brooklyn building.

Mackage Reveals SoHo Flagship for Luxury Outerwear

Situated in a landmark building from 1890, the Mackage store was designed by Canadian interior design studio Burdifilek. It features a variety of wood and stone finishes along with a spiral staircase imported from Italy and the largest lightbox of all Mackage stores with a flipped iceberg image by Alex Cornell that stretches 26 feet by 28 feet across two floors.
