We have moved to Los Angeles and back, bought and sold four different residences plus retained real estate agents for a variety of local rental searches. Most of our experiences were filled with the stereotypical negatives that define working with real estate agents. But Michael has been a glorious exception. In fact, no one has been as attentive, communicative, and direct with us over our fifty plus years of property searching.

From the outset, Michael showed us a variety of properties that matched our stated interests. He was NEVER late for an appointment. Following nearly two months of searching, we were able to get back to the original sellers and close a deal. Michael's feedback (based in part on his good relations with the sellers' agent) resulted in our ultimately closing on the apartment just this past Thursday, May 28th.

If I haven't made it clear up to now, let me restate that Michael Steinberg does it right. Without his steady hand and upbeat demeanor, this deal might never have happened. From the beginning, Michaels priority was to get me into what was best for my family & I, not just for his commission. We had 3 days of house searching which he set up accordingly.
