"We felt so comfortable and safe with Mike Rosbottom. He helped us purchase a home in 2012, and again in 2020. He took the time to really get to know us and our home needs, and made a tailored search just for us. He knew us so well that he felt like a part of our family! When we finally decided to make an offer, Mike advocated for us all the way. He also has an extensive referral network of trustworthy, good people. He's helped connect us to a plumber, a contractor, and an attorney - all excellent people who we felt comfortable trusting based on Mike's excellent recommendation. Mike has been there for us even AFTER we completed our home purchases, just to make sure that we were doing fine and had everything we needed for moving, renovations, and even home repairs years after the sale." - Stephanie.

"Mike is exactly what we needed to execute the rapid sale of our home while making the process as painless as possible. We met initially and came up with a plan to prepare and market our property during the summer lull. Mike brought in offers from the first open house and we closed on our property about 6 weeks after meeting. We were pleasantly surprised with how quickly everything moved. More importantly, Mike navigated the psychological and emotional components of this process extremely well, providing reassurance and reality checks as necessary. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Mike again, and highly recommend him for your real estate needs." - Brian.
Residential real estate is first and foremost collaborative. Prior to any offer being accepted, working with other brokers and brokerage offices is essential to identifying and anticipating potential properties and buyers. Upon acceptance of an offer, a single transaction can easily contain more than a dozen different points of contact between principles, brokers, service providers, attorneys, bankers, and other entities. While maintaining his fiduciary commitment to his clients, Michael’s mission is to create a seamless connection between these parties in order to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
Michael currently resides in Dover with his family with their dog. His wife is a law partner who practices immigration law. His son and daughter both attend Dover public schools. Michael has lived in the Boston area since 1993 after graduating from Bates College the previous year.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys skiing in Vermont, playing soccer, mountain biking, and cocktails by the pool. In his younger days, he played rugby for Boston Rugby Football Club and has coached rugby at both the university and high school levels. He enjoys the arts, blues music, cooking, and any vacation that includes a beach.
