"If you want to sell your house mike is the man for the job. He was great a the entire process, first meeting togather he explained what the best price would be to list the house at based on other houses in the area and based on whats available on the market, the price was competitive but sure enough we the house more than what we listed for. And not only that we had multiple offers mike picked the best one for us after he talked to the loan officers and made sure that transaction will close. The buyers had an attorney and a buyer agent but mike did do a much better job than both of them negotiating best trems for me and he protected my best Interest in the transaction he explained the difference between different terms and walked me through the home inspection and how to deal with the issues that came along the way with that, at the end the closing was smooth and we were happy with the results, I cant say enough how important to have a listing agent like mike who understands the process cover you legaly and fight for your best intrest . Will definitely hire him again in the future for any real estate transactions."
