"My wife and I built a new home in the mountain west and moved in early 2023 as part of my retirement from a long career in Dallas. If it were not for the distant move, we would not have sold our Dallas home as it was quite special to us. We sought out a realtor who not only would work to get top-dollar for us but would as part of the process “get” our home and with whom we could establish a good working relationship.
