"We were looking for a retirement home in the Santa Cruz area and chose Mike based on the recommendation of a family member. Not living in the area presented some challenges as we didn't know which area we wanted, and when listings came on the market we couldn't just quickly pop in and see them. We made a weekend trip out there Mike spent 1.5 days with us showing us listings from as far north as Big Basin and as far south as Corralitos. He was able to quickly zero in on what we were looking for in a house and helped us find the area that we absolutely loved.
