Michael Hahn Team pulls from over 20 years of prior service experience from the U.S. Military, finance and real estate industries. The team takes pride in building their business on integrity, transparent communication, and exceptional service.

With more than seven years' experience as a U.S. Navy Officer and almost a decade in finance and transportation, Michael Hahn brings a level of service to his clients like none other. Originally from Upland, California, Michael moved east to attend the renowned United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York. After an intense four-year military education that included sailing around the world for two years managing freighter ships, Michael graduated as both a licensed merchant mariner and a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy. Prior to real estate, Michael worked as a broker/trader in the commodities and shipping industry for almost a decade, gaining valuable negotiating and analytical skills with an expertise in discovering off-market information to benefit his clientele.

After graduating summa cum laude from Boston College, Julia Massard started her career in finance before realizing real estate was her true calling. With a passion for all things renovation and interior design, Julia is always eager to help clients envision the possibilities in a new space. She recognizes that property is a financial and emotional commitment, so trust and patience are her top priorities. Transacting in all areas of New York City, Julia prides herself on outstanding dedication to each and every client, through around-the-clock work ethic and responsiveness.
