About Michael
Michael Bouras is an integral client adviser for Compass Commercial. He specializes in advisory consulting, and the disposition and acquisition of multifamily income properties, specifically, assets located in Orange County and the surrounding LA County and San Diego County markets.
Prior to joining Compass Commercial, Michael began his career Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. Matthews is a parent company of a diversified group of real estate service, investment, debt, leasing and asset management firms. At Matthews Mr. Bouras took on the role of starting and thereafter establishing the Multifamily division in Orange County, where the company gained a track record and presence in a new marketplace. Additionally, while at Matthews, Michael was recognized for his accomplishments and was presented with the company’s Pace Setter Award and Highest Price Per Unit Record in Long Beach (2019). Following Matthews, Michael lead the Coastal Division at Colliers International, during his time at Colliers, Michael set the Highest Price Per Unit Recorded in Long Beach (90804).

During his off-time Michael likes to spend his time outdoors, hunting and fishing. Being first generation Greek, he also takes pride in his heritage, donating time to the Greek Orthodox Church. Michael is also fluent in the Greek language.
