While doing that Micha spend a great amount of time on educating me about the real estate market that is happening in Florida. I decide to buy instead of renting. He gave me a list of apartments and I fell in love with one on West Ave, Miami Beach. The sale didn't go through because of some technical issues. However, if I didn't have him as a realtor, I would've lost the down payment, as I had no clue of what I was truly purchasing because I live in NY.
