Mia Lieberman

Mia brings a warm sense of hospitality to the RST Collective team, after all it's in her blood. She has spent over 18 years in the hospitality industry before her segway into real estate. She is hard-working, meticulous, and caring; no aspect is too small when it comes to the happiness of her clients.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Mia moved to Chicago to grow her career in hospitality. After managing and directing top restaurants in Chicago, she moved into events management. Mia relocated to NYC in 2015 where she managed events for Union Square Hospitality Group and Arlo Hotels. Her hustle and grit has led her to oversee cross-country large-scale events, travel coordination, lodging, logistics, and client planning. During her time in NYC’s hospitality industry she forged relationships with high-profile clients and formed strong community ties. Her mastery of communication, organization, and attention to detail matched with her years of experience in hospitality make her welcoming, resourceful, and available to all her clients. Mia looks to elevate the buying or selling experience along with her colleagues on the RST Collective team.
