Marc Hernandez

Born and raised in Naples, Florida - Marc is a true Neapolitan. Serving all of Marco Island and Naples with Compass Florida LLC.

Marc’s family roots have been closely intertwined with the city of Naples since the 1960s! A history, that started with his grandfather Mario Lamendola coming down from Chicago, IL. Mario was a local architect, who had an architectural firm in Naples for over 30 years. He created original designs for hundreds of local projects, including the original St. William’s , St. Peter’s, and St. Elizabeth Seton churches.

Whether it was running around the family office, or visiting job sites - the passion for local real estate, and development started early for Marc.

Attending Ave Maria University, and later becoming a local real estate agent, Marc’s extensive background knowledge on market statistics, and local development give our clients the knowledge, and confidence they need to successfully navigate a competitive market.
