Denise Whitty is essentially the queen of Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood. She has sold over 250 homes in Boca Royale, a resort-style community nestled amid pristine lakes and nature preserves. She’s quite the entertainer and will find you a home that allows you to have friends and family over all the time. Denise’s career began in advertising within the real estate market in 1987. In 2016, she began selling homes for Neal Communities in Sarasota County, becoming their top salesperson for several consecutive years. Her passion is helping people find their dream homes.
