About Meredith
Meredith Orf is an Austin native who believes in making the dream of homeownership available to as many Austinites as possible, whether you were born here or "got here as soon as you could." Most of her clients are first-time buyers, but she also provides quality guidance for seasoned buyers and sellers.
Licensed since 2015, she is currently based in south Austin but knows the whole city well, having grown up on the north side and worked in various parts of town over the years. There's something unique about every neighborhood in this city, and Meredith enjoys learning what people love about where they live.
No matter how general or specific your goals are at this point, she will help you refine them and work toward the best outcome. She'll listen to where you're coming from and explain the buying/selling process in a way that will inform and empower your decision-making. Once you're under contract, she'll advocate for you with integrity and always stay a step ahead to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. Besides real estate, her interests include music (she has taught piano students for years and occasionally sings in choirs), travel, books, supporting local businesses/farms, creative projects, social/environmental justice, playing occasional video games, and spending time with her husband and two young children.
