About Melody
As a life-long central Texan, Melody brings significant experience of the local market. Growing up in Austin gives her a unique perspective on this constantly growing area. Prior to her career in real estate, Melody had jobs in Risk/Fraud Management as well as Sales and Marketing. Her sales experience gave her a desire to explore the real estate industry and she soon began her career selling foreclosures and investment Properties through a local Austin company. She quickly showed a real knack for real estate and was given “The Grinder Award” within her first few months with the company. This peer-nominated award is based on work ethic, teamwork, and peer respect.
Melody has always been intrigued by new construction and land development. She has always had family in land development as well as commercial and residential construction. The combined passion for real estate and construction led her into the new home sales industry as a sales executive for over 6 years. During this time, she earned several awards including the “X-Factor Sales Counselor Award” in 2015, the“Home Builders Association of Greater Austin Max Award Finalist for Rookie Onsite” in 2016, the “Excellence in Sales Achievement” in 2017, and the “Community Top Sales Producer” in 2018.
