About Melissa
With many years of real estate experience, Melissa Hemans brings with her a complete understanding of the new and resale luxury residential markets. Melissa has been a top producer since 1996 specializing in Onsite New Construction from conceptual selling during the initial stages of development to development closeout.
Melissa has represented many highly respected Atlanta Home Builders & Developers during her career, including Hedgewood Homes, Phillip Clark Custom Builders, Kairos Development, JW Collection and The Providence Group. Her experience ranges from a project manager role in working closely with developers to prepare and properly position their developments in the marketplace by creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, pricing analysis, developing budget, sales strategies, floor plan critique, to assisting the clients with front elevation design and decorator choices during the onsite selling process.
Single Family Custom Built Homes have been Melissa’s primary focus in the years past; however, Intown Multifamily Living is also an area of Melissa’s expertise having spent the last 12 years marketing and selling Upscale Townhomes. The unique style of selling that Melissa brings with her allows her to exceed sales goals regardless of market conditions. Melissa uses her high regard for detail to successfully negotiate sale agreements with purchasers, developers and attorneys.
