Hi, my name is Melissa Arnaud. Texas-born & raised spending most of my life in the Southeast region. In my spare time, you will find me at the beach or spending time with family & friends. I have worked in the background as a Marketing Coordinator for 6 years which I feel has given me the knowledge to jumpstart my business. Whether you're buying or selling your home it's an extremely stressful task. So it's my job to take that stress out of your hands. I believe communication is the key factor to success in whatever you do but especially in real estate. That is why I communicate with my clients every step along the way & that ensures security to my clients knowing that I am there. That leads to a more stress-free & happy environment. I am personable & I give my 100% full attention to my clients. I put my heart & dedication into whatever I do.

My goal to my clients is to satisfy their needs whether it is their first time buying a home or they're looking for a place to retire. When I am working with my clients I always put myself in their shoes as if I'm the one buying or selling a home. I would want an agent who’s honest and who would look out for my best interest.
