About Melisa
Melisa is a native of Gainesville, FL where she attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. After college, she lived in the Tampa Bay area with a career in Human Resources. Melisa moved to Nashville in 2013 after a weekend visit to the city. She fell in love with Nashville’s vibrant culture, trendy restaurants and friendly locals. She married her husband, Jeremy, in May of 2016 at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. They now live in Melrose with their rescue Chihuahua, Emma.
When Melisa is not working with our buyer clients she loves to attend concerts, try new restaurants and go boating at Percy Priest Lake. She’s a sucker for a good Bravo binge session and she loves to karaoke (despite how bad she sings!).
Melisa is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. She’s currently working towards her Accredited Buyer Representative designation. She is also fluent in Spanish which brings an exciting opportunity to our team and our clients. Melisa works with home-buyers that come to the Southbound Group looking to grow their roots in and around the Nashville area.
