Melanie's fascination with NYC Real Estate began before she could walk; growing up, her family restored commercial and residential properties throughout Manhattan, introducing her to the process at a very young age. Immediately, she became enamored by new architecture and restorations of vintage structures alike.
With a keen eye and unmeasured ambition, Melanie obtained her Bachelor's degree in business and interior design. This took her from South Florida to London where her experiences now provide versatility to all of her client's needs. She further developed her meticulous vision for aesthetics, and currently pairs that with her canny knowledge of specific properties, giving each client an individual and unique approach.
Melanie is passionate about the architecture in the Cast Iron Historic District and loves calling SoHo home. The authentic 1900's loft in her co-op building preserves the charm to the neighborhood she adores; walking out to cobblestone streets, art galleries and quaint cafes adds to the community feel. For her spare time, Mel enjoys cooking, skiing, traveling, playing soccer and volunteering for the Fresh Air Fund. Melanie is also part of NYC's first neighborhood organization - The Washington Square Association and the New York Chamber of Commerce.
