Melanie knows buying and selling a home is one of your most important investments and she wants to make the experience positive and productive.
Melanie has an established real estate track record of success and achievement. Melanie is a business graduate of the University of Texas at Austin emphasizing real estate, finance and accounting. She worked with the William Lyon Company and Regis Homes after graduation as an asset coordinator for the California 1985 $276MM Multi-family Housing Bond issues involving project financing, asset feasibility, acquisition and disposition. Developments included: The Lakes, The Bluffs, Autumn Chase and Rancho Bernardo to name a few.
Melanie has been a licensed broker since 1986. She joined the Robinson Team in 1997 to allow her less business travel to spend more time in Laguna Niguel with her family. She recently moved her broker’s license to Compass as a broker associate. This team has a track record of over 1000 homes and over $1 billion in total volume.
