Raised in Ft. Myers, FL, Melanie's early interest in houses was sparked by her family's appliance and air conditioning business. A self-proclaimed "house geek" she loves delving into the details of the properties she sells. Melanie holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. 

A Tampa resident for over 25 years, Melanie is the proud mother of three grown sons. In her free time, she enjoys attending Tampa Bay Lightning games, concerts, and exploring new local hotspots.
