"Choose Megan and her team! They are fabulous people - totally knowledgeable, honest, creative and incredibly hard workers. Megan helped us perchance a home in 2013 in Santa Monica. As is often the case, there were multiple bids on the property. Megan guided us on what information to provide the sellers and they accepted our offer. Recently we decided to see that house and buy another one. Both in Santa Monica and both transactions done with Megan and her team. Why? Because she makes it very easy. "We worked with Megan and her amazing team to purchase a 2 bd / 2.5 ba townhome in Santa Monica. We are first time home buyers and began our house hunt several months ago from NYC.
