Megan Serbagi

A lifelong resident of New York, Megan was born and raised in Armonk, lived in NYC, Brooklyn, and now resides in Scarsdale with her husband and three kids. With over 25 years of Westchester living, Megan has an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the County. Her clients benefit from her knowledge of the ins and outs of the many neighborhoods and which may be a good fit for your family.

Megan developed a passion for real estate while searching for her first family home. Having gone through the process of buying and gut renovating three Westchester homes, she is incredibly knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs and concerns of growing families looking for their dream home. Her extensive personal experience with the renovation and selling processes, enable her to help buyers see each homes’ full potential when considering making a purchase. Accessible and supportive, she is an energetic partner from beginning to end.

Prior to joining Compass, Megan spent 10 years in the fashion industry as a Director of Photography managing large scale photo shoots. Her work experience has allowed her to polish her negotiating, budgeting and exceptional people skills. These skills, along with her incredibly strong work ethic, allow her to effectively guide clients through the buying and selling process.
