Prior to launching a career in real estate, Megan was a commercial real estate attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP where she represented lenders, borrowers/developers, large funds, private developers REITS the acquisition, financing, construction sell out of portfolio properties nationwide. Megan represented lending entities in the placement of first mortgage financing, construction financing, mezzanine debt. Megan also represented national developers joint venture partners in the acquisition, financing, development, disposition of all types of real estate assets. Megan graduated from Vanderbilt University and received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
