I was making a cross country move that was all taking place during the height of the pandemic, Compass was recommended by my company but working with Megan was godsend. We had to contend with time zone differences, and although I was able to work seamlessly with their website selecting homes from afar - she worked with me to physically visit several when I came into town. But we ultimately ended up doing it all remotely using Facetime for the walkthroughs while she provided detailed descriptions of the area and what she was experiencing. I was lucky enough to have family nearby who could follow up and she was available to let them in to take a look after I made my decision. Timing was of the essence and we worked well as a team to get the deal done relatively quickly. She worked with her team and mine to keep everyone on task to get to my closing table.
