About Megan
Megan is a realtor on the Caulfield Properties team focused on the South Shore and Boston. Megan has over 10 years in the real estate industry. Megan's expertise goes beyond the
traditional scope of a real estate agent. She began her career in commercial real estate at a leading global real estate services firm, where she honed her skills and gained valuable insights into various aspects of the commercial real estate market including appraisal, mortgage brokerage and development.
Throughout her career, Megan has specialized in working in acquisitions and asset management
for multifamily and industrial REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) funds. Her deep understanding
of these sectors, coupled with her analytical prowess, has enabled her to provide valuable insights and guidance to her clients.
One of Megan's key strengths lies in her ability to interface effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Her keen eye for detailed and comprehensive market analysis ensures that she can identify and assess opportunities that align with her clients' objectives. Megan brings a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach to every project she undertakes. She has a strong background in financial analysis and a thorough understanding of investment strategies. This enables her to provide comprehensive advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
Megan is originally from Long Island but settled in Massachusetts after graduating from
Bowdoin College. She lived in the Back Bay for 14 years before moving down to the South
Shore. She currently lives in Scituate with her husband and three children. Megan is a member of CORSE Foundation Board of Directors, a tennis member at Hatherly Country Club and an active member of the parent community at NDA and Scituate Public Schools. In her free time Megan has a
passion for design and is working towards her Interior Design certificate with NYIAD. But most
of all, Megan loves spending time with her family on the beaches of Scituate and vacationing in
Maine.
