About Meg
All of Meg McGuinness’s vast and different experiences have led her to a successful career in real estate. Meg’s incredible eye for style and design combined with a background in finance and sales make her the perfect source of knowledge for buyers and sellers.
A 23 year resident of Wilmette, Meg and her husband John have been involved in all areas in the community - from room parent to baseball coaching - while raising their 4 children. They have loved raising their family in a community that embraces diversity and fosters independence. Meg studied finance at University of Illinois, ran the options desk for a proprietary trading firm, then managed a position for a trader at the CBOE. But it is her many creative endeavors that really set Meg apart: she studied clothing design at The Art Institute of Chicago; owned a photography studio in Hubbard Woods for five years specializing in black and white portraits; designed and custom made leather belts & bags sold in boutiques all over the United States; and created furniture for high-end interior designer, Erin Martin of St. Helena, California.
It is Meg’s ability to collaborate and think creatively that make her the real estate agent other real estate agents trust and want to work with.
