"I recently had the amazing opportunity to work with Meg Hyde as both a seller’s broker and buyer’s broker. She was spectacular and the best realtor I have worked with by far. She knew the market and exactly how to stage the house so that it was would be appealing to prospective buyers. She was not pushy or demanding in offering her suggestions on what to re-arrange in the house but thoughtful and caring. Meg was very diligent in her research of comps in the neighborhood so that we could price the house on point with what had recently sold and she was right on we an offer over asking after the first open house. When I came to looking for my dream house, Meg listened to what I wanted and did not push houses that I wasn’t interested in. After a few open houses we attended together, she got to understand my thought process and what were must haves versus could be nice to have. During the offer process, Meg again did not push me above my limit or try to play games with other realtors, she wanted to do what was best for me and listened to what I wanted.
